Ride-on mowers service and repair request

The Ride on mower service consists of two service levels - the minor service providing a basic check and replacement of plugs, filters and oils and the greasing of major components. The major service, as the name suggests, covers all areas of your Ride on mower; from the changing of plugs and oil to the realignment of the cutting deck (please see detail in pricing menu below). If you require your Ride on mower mower to be repaired, please complete the form on this page providing as much information as possible. For a small additional charge we can collect your mower and drop it back to you when the repair has been completed.

  • check for damage
  • check and lubricate linkages
  • inspect pullies
  • remove rear wheels, clean and lubricate shafts
  • check steering and lubricate
  • check tyre pressures
  • clean and adjust brake, lubricate if necessary
  • check parking brake
  • remove cutter deck, check for damage
  • check blade bearings, shafts, pullies and belts
  • check and lubricate linkages and pivots
  • refit deck and level, check belt tension
  • charge battery and top up if necessary
  • check terminals and operation of saftey switches
  • sharpen blades
  • run and test

**Price includes Labour, Engine Oil, Sparkplug and VAT @ 17.5%. Please note that if any further parts are required, other than those included in the service price, they will be added to the service cost. However, if we find that the machine requires further parts, we will not continue with the repair until we have contacted you for authorisation (with the exception of air filters and sundry items).
